Welcome to Sunny Days Early Childhood Developmental Services, Inc.!  Founded in 1994 by two Healthcare Professionals, Joyce Salzberg, LCSW and Donna Maher, RN, they bring a combined 45 years of experience working with children with developmental disabilities and their families to the early intervention community.

Sunny Days is an Early Intervention Provider serving children from birth to three years with developmental needs.   Our services are provided wherever children and families typically find themselves, whether it be the home; child care settings or other community (parks; playgrounds; shopping; etc.) locations (parks; playgrounds; shopping; etc.).  We provide a full range of services, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Specialized Instruction, and Behavioral Services, specifically tailored to each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).  Our Educators/Therapists design intervention strategies that are built around a family’s daily routines and activities.  Sunny Days of CA can provide all necessary services including initial evaluations (to determine eligibility) and all IFSP authorized services to individuals of all developmental levels ages 0-3.

Sunny Days was established in 1994 in the state of New Jersey and subsequently expanded into the states of New York and Pennsylvania.  In April of 2005, Sunny Days expanded into California, initially serving children and families in San Diego County.  Sunny Days of CA currently provides services in San Diego County, Orange County, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties, Eastern Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Pomona Valley region, and the San Francisco Bay area.
