Ms. Copeland has over 25 years of human resources experience with two multinational Fortune 500 companies.

Ms. Copeland joined Sunny Days in 2003, and she manages its health and welfare programs. Prior to joining Sunny Days and Oxford, Judy worked for Campbell's Soup and Exide Technologies, Inc., where she was responsible for establishing and managing employee benefits and retirement plans for 25,000 employees and their dependents, vendor relations, employee communications, staff training and benefits due diligence for acquisitions. Judy has a BS from Temple University.
