Sunny Days of CA and Sunshine Center are pleased to announce our Practitioner Referral Program!  Although we use many traditional resources and strategies to identify qualified candidates, referrals from active Sunny Days of CA and Sunshine Center Practitioners remain our best source. 

FOR EACH QUALIFIED APPLICANT WHO JOINS SUNNY DAYS, WE WILL PAY THE FOLLOWING AMOUNTS:

• $500  for  OTs/PTs/SLPs/BCBAs
• $250  for RBTs & Child Developmental Specialists 
• $200  for Behavior Therapists

GUIDELINES:

• All active employees/contractors are eligible to participate. (Supervisory  staff are excluded.)
• If more than one person refers the same candidate, the first referral will be honored.
• The person who is referred must provide services for 90 days prior to receiving your cash incentive.  
• The referring employee must still be actively working with Sunny Days of CA and/or Sunshine Center during the hired candidate’s first 90 days in order to receive payment.
• To be eligible for the bonus, one must be listed as the referral source by the candidate on their Employment Application and a Candidate Referral Form must be submitted to Human Resources.
• Submission of a Candidate Referral Form will be accepted up to, but no more than 30 days from, the candidate's start date.
• All candidates will be evaluated for working with Sunny Days of CA and Sunshine Center consistent with our policies and procedures.
• All qualified applicants will receive consideration for working with Sunny Days of CA and Sunshine Center without regard to race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
• Any disputes or interpretations of the program will be handled through Human Resources.
• There may be differences in referral bonuses based on the location and company.

PROCEDURES:

• When referring a candidate, the employee MUST complete and submit the Candidate Referral  Form below. Your submission will be directed to Human Resources.
• The employee will be notified of the eligibility for the cash award once the candidate has completed 90 days of service delivery.
• Award payments will be included in a separate check and will be subject to all applicable taxes.
