Overview:
This module provides families who have virtual EI services on their IFSP with information about how to get started with receiving virtual services. Families will learn how to use computer equipment and internet access to login to EI sessions. Basic troubleshooting tips will be addressed. Contact information/help desk resources will be provided for parents to call if they have questions.
