Ms. Bass has 20 years of experience in human resources in telecommunications, banking, finance, education and Early Intervention.

Ms. Bass joined Sunny Days in 2005 and is responsible for all human resources functions for the entire company. Prior to joining Sunny Days, she worked as a recruitment manager for Citigroup, where she oversaw recruiting for its CitiStreet subsidiary. She was also responsible for managing special projects such as creating, implementing and maintaining an Affirmative Action plan and conducting compensation surveys. She was a human resources generalist at The Channel One Network where she focused on employee relations, benefits and recruiting. She also has prior experience as an employment specialist at MCI Telecommunications. Elise has a BBA from Hofstra University.
