With almost two decades of service supporting children and families, Pam brings a deep commitment to quality care, compliance, and family-centered practices. Starting her career in Early Intervention in 2007 as a Service Coordinator where she monitored all aspects of service delivery. In this role, she ensured strict adherence to New York State Early Intervention guidelines while maintaining a high standard of care and coordination. She then continued her career within the Orange County Department of Health, as an Early Intervention Official Designee assisting families through the referral, evaluation, and Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) development process. During this time, she was a steadfast advocate for families, ensuring their rights were upheld and that they were fully supported in navigating the Early Intervention system.Since 2018, Pam served as Program Director in the Middletown, New York office, where she oversaw operations across four counties. She was responsible for hiring, training, and supervising staff, shifting to a paperless system, as well as maintaining program excellence and regulatory compliance across a multi-county region.

Pam holds a BA in Elementary and Special Education from Green Mountain College, VT.
